Western Wake Realty, Inc. is a PREMIER SERVICE brokerage firm employing brokers only (no provisional brokers). All brokers are to abide by the Realtor’s Code of Ethics & Standard of Practice and will put their clients’ needs before their own in all real estate matters. You may have hear of “limited service” or “entry only” firms which do not fully represent their clients. We fully represent our clients’ interests and offer the same services many other firms offer at a higher rate. Often larger franchised firms cannot lower their fees due to high overhead and required profit margins to the parent company.

 

Broker/Owner Cathleen Venettozzi began her real estate career in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania with the area's largest firm, Howard Hanna Realty.  Her family relocated in to Holly Springs in the summer of 2005 and she joined the wonderful team at Keller Williams Cary.  Compelled to offer clients more services for less money she started Western Wake Realty, Inc. and never looked back. Active in the community she's been involved with the Holly Springs Chamber of Commerce (former Ambassador), former Board Member for the Sunset Ridge Home Owners Association, Past President of the Women's Guild at St. Bernadettes Catholic Church, member of the Devil's Ridge Ladies Golf Association, and Holly Springs High School Athletic Booster Club and School PTA.

I specialize in the areas that I know best... generally Holly Springs, Apex, Fuquay Varina, Cary, Raleigh and Western Wake County. However, my strong referral network keeps me showing homes all over the Triangle.

I am easily available Monday - Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, via cell phone or e-mail.  Weekends by appointment.  But go ahead and call me anytime!
